Tanks sucks in pvp. They can do literally nothing with this tons of damage. They LB's are garbage. When my DRK meets with DRG or SAM I realize that I can do nothing with them. GNB and PLD sucks too. We have only one playable tank right now. They should be balanced.

Well, this Dark Knight managed to out dps my Partner Warrior in the last match and I even scored 1 more kill. Pretty satisfied with myself.

I think the issue is that they gave many DPS survivability tools so tanks wouldn't be required but didn't give tanks enough DPS to balance that out. WARs are good because they have amazing CC tools, but the other tanks are sorely lacking. Staying alive a bit longer doesn't compensate for the fact that you aren't really that dangerous to the opposing team.

PLD does have a weird niche utility in that it can allow people to get potions off in the middle of a fight using cover...but I'm not sure how helpful that actually is in practice.

Honestly, I think PLD serves a good purpose, if its intercept could stun, it would be in a good place. The taking damage portion on the teammate intercept needs to be tweaked though, taking 100% of the damage makes it useless when you're not using your LB, you're just asking to die.
I do die a lot on PLD using my LB, eats my charge, its very sad -

It messes with enemy teams trying to focus one person. The few PLDs I've seen in the upper ranks are really good at messing with people that way, and keeping the 5v5 from becoming an unfavorable 4v5 - until their team can turn it into a 5v4 instead.Quote:
