Can the forums be changed to use the customized in-game portraits, rather than the passport photos they currently use?

I wouldn’t mind this idea, but overall the forum could be reworked. I’d like it if they improved it and made it more visually appealing. When I first signed up, I wasn’t entirely sure this was the official forums because it looks so… plain.
On the mobile version I can’t even edit my posts, so I end up re-reading it about 7 times before I reply. -

You could just always stick it in your sig?
I understand what you want.. but the current implementation is so as to be as quickly loadable as possible. Portraits scaled to that size would have some visibility issues as well I'd think. -
