Insufficient Data While logging in

Anyone else getting this problem when they log into the forums or lodestone? Usually when i log in it takes me to a page that has the same banner on the top of the page and says something like welcome Norack please wait while you are being redirected or something. And all of a sudden today when I log in a message pops up saying that there is Insufficient data, than it gives me two options, 1.) Don't Load (Recommended) 2.) Load Anyway. And when I load it up than it goes back to normal and im in the forums and can post like normal and everything. Just wondering has this been happening to other people?

just loged back in and saw what it looked like really quick before it redirected me cause it does it in less than half a second but it looks like it does everything right except i still get that ribbon on the top asking me those 2 questions, but the web pages CSS for logging in is all screwed up and just looks like no CSS is applied at all.
