Idea for a Crystarium Housing Ward

Rebuild Holiminster Switch and turn it into a housing ward. Add more infrastructure, have fates where you clear treees/destroyed buildings, and basically make it into a combined Lakeland/Crystarium style housing town. I see no visible location in the Crystarium that has any route to housing, so I think it would be a good option for it. Unlike Sharlayan it doesn't have an obvious housing path option.

Pretty sure the dead transformed into Sin Eaters and vacated the town long ago.

wont make sense in the world to have a place to live in the Crystarium... better would be like Mhor Dhona or something instead or Thavnair...

But honestly they should expand the current wards instead of adding more wards...
