Gearsets should allow for multiple different materia melds

As it is currently, having different sets and experimenting with different stats is possible but a huge pain to do in practice.

As an example, BLM commonly has two different ways to build, either going hard on SPS and ignoring CRIT or going hard on CRIT and getting enough SPS to get down to a comfortable GCD.

Getting all the gear to make both sets possible is not particularly difficult, but the materia setup can be annoying to manage when you want to switch, especially if the materia is critical in reaching specific GCD tiers.

In the BLM example, if I wanted to switch from my SPS set to my CRIT set I would first have to swap out the melds in the weapon and rings, which to be fair isn't THAT big of a deal, takes maybe 1 minute to do all the remelding if you're prepared, but it does put a sort of barrier to effectively managing 2 different sets that partially make use of the same equipment.

It would be nice if maybe the melds were part of the gearset and not necessarily linked to the item itself. Maybe there are other ways to achieve something similar that would work better as well. Thoughts?
