Housing Issues.

So Yoshi P is going to fix the player 0 issues. But has said nothing about the absolute unfair act of locking out 3/4 of the wards for guild purchase only making the competition for private housing ridiculous. What they should do to make it right for those who lost houses to said ridiculous competition and allow them to have priority for the plots in the wards that were reserved as guild only that were not taken. I looked on my server at the guild only wards and if there is 1/4 of the plots taken I would be very surprised. So I think they should fix this issue just as quickly as the player 0 issue.

Did they not specify that the FC/Private split would be amended over time to accommodate for private buyers if demand isn't that great for FCs? At the very least common sense tells me they will amend it as time goes on.

I'm of the controversial opinion that if housing is forever doomed to be limited, it should be made available to multi-player organizations first and foremost. SE seems to be of the same mind. Obviously, there are problems around the abuse of solo FCs and stuff that ought to be tended to.
