Sprint and Potions QoL

After playing Endwalker for awhile, I've been noticing you have to spam these actions for them to activate during combat. So I was wondering if their activations/animations could be changed, so players didn't need to spam Sprint/Potion.

Also would it be possible to change Sprint when you are outside of duties and inside of Sanctuaries?
For example, when the player is in a Sanctuary they can activate Sprint and the player will have permanent Sprint until they press the Sprint action again. Would be a great QoL when players are in larger cities.
