The marker is SO tiny and hard to see you can barely see it. There have been plenty of times when the dragoon jumps I'm looking at the ground to see where hes gonna land and you just can't see it, even worse if its the map with Old Sharlayan ground(The blue race tracks), The light blue with the dark blue makes it SOOO hard to see, you can't see it.

At least you can see it. Everyone else's LB's are basically instantaneous. Its weird that DRG's have global delay to use theirs when everyone else activates instantly.

All the limit breaks can use better notification. Not everyone is cheating and have addons with big popups in the middle of the screen.
I admit it I am not skilled enough to watch my health and cooldowns, try to pay attention to which two people are randomly focusing, and try to use my 2 cures and one mitigation to help others, pray I don't get into a permanent stun lock, and watch every limitbreak/ability of the other team.I have been one shotted by MCH, by NIN, DRG, and SAM. At least if I see a DRG or SAM i try to stay away from others. -

They should leave the marker as it is, but allow us dragoons to move faster after we jump, it's only fair and just since our LB is so janky and underpowered.
