Alpine (Empyreum) Blank Partitions

I dunno if I'm enough dumb to not find them or they really added an entire new residential area without adding the proper (not normal nor blank) partitions to match the new house archetype.

Some tips?

PS: The correct name is Highland XXXXXX items, mb.

They did not add the highland/alpine partitions or pillars in this patch, no. I think they did the same when Shiro released, as I recall they released the partitions and pillars later.
