Delubrum Reginae dead?

Im chasing the augmented law order weapons for paladin, and am in the timeworn artifact part of the grind. Your options are to do either delubrum, or palace of the dead, which had a way lower drop rate, even before they increased the artifacts from delubrum to 3 per run, so if i dont wanna spend the next week grinding POTD, DR is the way to go. However, unlike in shadowbringers, NO ONE seems to be doing DR in Endwalker, at least not on Crystal DC. I straight up queued multiple times, only for it to get to the timer that pops the queue and starts the raid with only me in it, at 10 minutes. Safe to say, as a warrior, i got 5% of the bosses health off before it did a group stack it was impossible to survive on my own. It is not possible to solo DR.

So now, im stuck in a point where, to grind my timeworn artifacts, i literally have to spam POTD for weeks, or just hope that DR ever happens? Shouldnt they change this to give us more options to farm those artifacts? Also, im quite worried about new players, since DR is necessary to progress to Zadnor and progress the story, if im not mistaken. Are DR runs only done in PF now? Can someone clarify this?

Haven't really been doing relic since xpac. Relative to issues getting the content to run I'm not surprised. Probably the best solution is to join a discord that runs this content regularly. I still see lots of discord pings for DRS from various discords I belong too and I'm sure they run the normal version as well.

Unless you want to spend hours slowly clearing the instance with a Duty Finder-like group of three people, since the current Echo adjustments don’t appear to be high enough for very tiny groups, you realistically need to use Party Finder nowadays to clear Delebrum Reginae. I think that Square Enix should add more experience rewards or something for level 80+ players, to raise the number of overall participants.

I did the first boss with just 2 people, although I'd recommend more for the entire dungeon. The only DPS check is on the Queen's Guard's shields, and you'll need a way remove Doom from the final boss's tankbuster.

You'll likely have to recruit in Party Finder since it's rare you'll get more than 1 or 2 people queuing for it on its own.

Try the Crystal Exploratory Missions Discord server. People get runs together for older content like that on there.
