Missing Voice Line from Aglaia Raid?

So, here is something "wholesome" compared to some of the more recent post.

In the Patch 6.1 trailer, you can here a voice line from the new raid. At least most clues point to it being from the new raid. The link goes directly to the line, "Witness the glory of the devine" which appears to be spoken by Byregot; who is also on screen when the line is spoken. But, I haven't heard this line in the raid at all. Was it cut? Or does it only show up so late in his fight that you have to do almost no DPS to hear it? Has anyone heard this line, outside the trailer?

I could have sworn I heard it during launch day but might have just heard another line that ends with "....hammer of mine" but I'm pretty sure I heard both lines around launch
