While going through my achievements, I noticed I have a lot of titles that I had earned both recently and retrospectively. Some of these I earned before they were implemented though they still show completed, but others I have earned after implementation (like Hamlet defense titles), and I still have not received the titles.
What gives?
Have you gone to the NPCs that gave you those achievement categories to acquire the titles as rewards?
Remember that for every single achievement reward, even titles, you need to go to the proper NPC

Thank you very much for posting your concern about not getting these titles quite yet. We would be glad to escalated this to the development team for you, though before we do, can you please try what Skies had suggested (try speaking with the corresponding NPCs to attempt to get the titles). If that works, great we can go ahead and close this out for you. But if that does not work please let us know and also please fill out the following information if after trying what Skies had said does not work. While some of this information may seem irrelevant, it is best to have as much information as possible in these cases. Once this is filled out we will submit this for review for you.
