Any idea how long or if premade queues will ever exist

I know this is a very unpopular thought and is going to get a ton of this forum laughing at me but it is how i feel. I want to play sweaty team vs sweaty team, I dont want to play with people who are "just checking it out" or "just playing for some fun to see where they end up in rank". Losing a game because someone died twice and did 0 damage doesnt feel good, I dont care what your opinion on RNG is RNG is.

I want a game of 10 people playing as if a gun was held to their head to win.
