Problem with consequences of housing lottery bug

I lost my lottery for Empyreum, Ward21, Plot 30.
Winning number 2, my number was 3. So far so good.
But... With the fault of counting 0 in as a result.

If the lottery system wasn't bugged in the first place, the third entry should have won (0,1,2). And that would have been me.

Due to the lottery system, there are only 180 large houses available for private use.
That makes it sheer impossible to own my own mansion in the future.

I don't know how S.E. wants to solve this, but all results of the first lottery are false. 100%. And I definitly want a big house (Which I theoreticly won)

Maybe. But you do not know that, because you do not know how the system works. Perhaps it would have been the third entry, perhaps it would still have been the second entry.
It is very unlikely the problem is as simple as just including 0 together with the possible results - such a simple error would have been caught in testing.

We are aware of the various housing lottery issues that have arise from the recent 6.1 patch changes and it is being looked into as stated in this latest update on 4/18/2022 on the Lodestone web site:

In the meantime, please check the Lodestone for future updates and announcements when they become available concerning any housing lottery issues.
