Housing lottery question

I had a bid,against 2 others, on a plot in Shirogane,i just checked the placard which says "The winner of this plot was 2" what does this actually mean? i did not get my deposit back,theres zero options for what i can do next. did i win? what happens next? did i lose? wheres my deposit?

If you won it should say something like "Congratulations, you won" and then let you accept the plot.
If you lost you should have a button to reclaim the money you deposit on the plot.

Thats what i was expecting but i didnt get either of the messages nor a way to refund my deposit.

Are you sure you went back to the right placard? You can see where you bid under duty -> timers. It should also say which number your entry is.

you were right,i went to the correct placard,thanks for the tip re Duty, got the "Won by 0" bug on it...:(
