Housing solo bidder lost to entrant zero

I am the only bid on Zurvan Lavender Beds ward 21 plot 4.

I have lost to bidder 'zero'.

I have screenshots to substantiate my claim, and have not accepted the refund at this time.

Please advise of the correct course of action, thankyou.

This has been acknowledged by the team and they are investigating it. Yoshi-P put out a response about two hours ago.

We are aware of the various housing lottery issues that have arise from the recent 6.1 patch changes and it is being looked into as stated in this latest update on 4/18/2022 on the Lodestone web site:

In the meantime, please check the Lodestone for future updates and announcements when they become available concerning any housing lottery issues.

Also a casualty of the "0 wins", and the only entrant. Waiting in hope. As for many players, I assume, this was the culmination of months of hard work. It feels just like being gazumped over a house buy in RL does, proving yet again that art imitates life. I'm still hoping that some part of the "process" works, because no-one in my RL will ever understand how epically unhappy a game can make a player feel, or why I persist with it. Or why like the OP I felt it wise to take screenies. We just have to sit tight, and hope.
