Steps:
1. Go up to placard from previous Empyrean plot Lottery, i did not win and the new owners have already made a house on the plot.
2. I press the placard and it informs me of the plot and gives me no option to be refunded of the money in question.

I cannot get my money from the Empyreum Lottery refunded, the plot was already owned when i got there, so when i try to interact with the placard to get my money back, it just tells me who already owns the plot. So now i've lost 3.7 million of my hard earned Gil with no foreseeable way to get it back.

Hopefully an image of me purchasing the lottery number for the plot should be visible.

A bit of an update, i had bought a lottery ticket for PLOT 1 in WARD 3, so somehow that picture told me wrong and i was very confused. I did get my refund in the end!
