1. Was the sole bidder on this plot with lottery ticket 1
2. Lost the bid as the winner was lottery ticket 0; checked the participant list after and it says there were no participants
3. Though I accepted my refund (didn't want to lose my gil due to some other bug), we (my FC) would still like this plot, so please deduct the cost of the plot from my account and provide us with the plot.
