Housing Lottery Refund issue

EDIT: Disregard this thread. Problem resolved. Not sure how to close this out.

Lost this latest lottery but I do not see where/how to get my 3.5 mil back. I go to placard and it shows that #2 won but there is no where to retrieve refund. What am I missing here/
