Your housing lottery system keeps rolling 0 which means nobody can claim the plot.
Examples on Ravana: Empyreum 1/30, Empyreum 3/30
This is happening on Midgardsormr as well, Empyreum 04/56 and 09/56
I can confirm that it is the same way in the Primal servers. My FC was the only ones on a placard for days, and still 'lost' the lottery. Empyreum 17/17

This has happened to many people in Ward 11 on Coeurl as well as other servers
The same thing just happened to me. My main and alt were the only ones to put bids on this plot and we both lost when the winning number came out 0.
I really hope they don't ignore the winning results and make people go through this again. "Oh sorry, we can't retroactively do anything because you took your refund, please participate in the next round.". :(
Can confirm the same for me as well; Llyr Halloran, Mateus Ward 12, Plot 2. I was the only bid and was told that I lost against a winning number of "0".
This happened to us on Faerie. 6 FC members with bids on the plot, winning number "0."
Ward 5, Plot 42.
