[6.1 PvP] Dancer Needs Fix - Underperformance Job

After playing a lot DNC in new ranked mode. Yes I can confirm you can grind to Crystal Rank with it but it's not fun. This job has a lot of potential but I think you afraid people can't press their buttons so you have to merge a lot of skills to 1 button and it doesn't work.

• Fan Dance - 4k Cone DPS, 10% Mitigation 50% uptime on ONE player
• Magick Barrier (RDM) - no damage, 10% Mitigation 40% uptime on WHOLE TEAM and can SWITCH to debuff mode (Does DNC even have that option)
  
  This, need to be fix because we only buff 1 person not a whole team. Here is the list I think you can fix.
  • More mitigation on self and partner(25%) and Give all teammates that in the cone mitigation as well but lesser than partner.(10%)
  • Same mitigation but add some gimmicks like CC immunity (Fetter Ward) or Heal up for 10 seconds as well.
  • 4K is very low on this scale of DPS you can just remove it entirely if you want for a trade off because I don't see it does any damage. I suggest it to be 6-8k at least or attach some dots to it.

• Saber Dance - This needs to be separate button on a 20s CD ability so we don't have to spent our mobility (10s x 2) to unlock this thing. Again, you removing way TOO MANY buttons.

• Honing Dance - Is this a self suicide button? Because you can't heal, can't guard, can't sprint oh boy and high risk low return because you have to hit something to gain stack and hope your team are in the 5y radius to get the 10k shield that can barely absorb anything. Or they get a 5k shield that gone from 1 GCD and we're range DPS and this skill ask us to go melee range. TBH this still works because people doesn't know we can't heal or guard (Imagine if everyone knows we will melt in seconds)
  • Make it High Risk High Return skill instead of suicide button because you already have to be aware that enemies doesn't focus you or spent their resources elsewhere to use this skill is some high level gameplay already such as,
  • Adds guard break to enemies staying in the aoe. Or give DNC semi-guard when they dance.
  • More DPS not that 2k x4 that barely do any damage
  • IGNORES GUARD on that 2k x4 DPS
  • Make Damage / Buff go through walls and don't have to hit enemies to gain stacks
• Starfall Dance - You can remove this skill and it will not even affect anything you see how useless this is besides 8k small line AoE compared to RDM Resolution that does same damage with 3s Silence?
  • More buff potencies (25%) AND 100% uptime, 10% with 50% uptime barely do anything
  • Add gimmicks to enemies being hit or party members that it hit

I make this post because Yoshida says they are open to feedback so let's see how they going to fix DNC and please you don't need major patch to fix this.

• En Avant - Just.... move and make GCD a bit stronger? Do I need to mention The Critically Acclaimed Hissatsu: Soten that it does the same but better because it HAVE DAMAGE and upgrading sam ability to aoe while that job can 1 shot whole team?
  • Reverse Cascade, Fountainfall needs a major overhaul instead of just adding 2k to their GCD that barely does anything and it's not even AoE like SAM to begin with. I'll leave you guys to think how to fix that.
    • Since it used to unlock Saber Dance I suggest getting 2 stacks enhance the next buff you use dramatically.
• Curing Waltz - Are we still in Feast era AoE radius?
  • Make it 5-10y already and 8k is TOO LOW, I expected 12k as standard for Cure III
  • Add some barrier to it. Or Buffs.
• Contradance - Make it INSTANT and lower animation lock
  • Change it entirely if you inspired from Overwatch, makes it HEROES NEVER DIE

I also understand we're meant to be half-ass DPS half-ass support but we can neither do both at 50%. More like 20-25%.
