There are 2 junkmonger NPCs for Empyreum Housing in the main ward/subdivision, one which is actually the junk monger, and the other which is actually the housing merchant (or listed as housing merchant for every other housing area).

The NPC for housing items inside Empyreum Apartments is also listed as "Junkmonger" and I believe should also be a Housing Merchant or some similar name, as matches the other housing areas.
