It's likely that these actions you're being hit with were going off before you actually hit you used Sky High.
This is happening after I launch and move around, I've been hit with heavy, sleep and other cc a few seconds after I launched, I have also been killed while I'm moving up in the air after launching, the ability is supposed to make me untargetable but it doesn't. If someone is casting something as you launch it will still hit...
I've also been hit with heavy and other cc AFTER using shield.
That's the fault of the servers terrible tick rates. It plagues pve as well. I actually have a clip of P2 Savage of me standing a bit too close to the auto kill wall, but before we pulled I had taken a few steps forward so I was pretty far from the wall at thought point, but the tick rate of the server was so far behind that when the countdown ended and the pld pulled the boss I dropped dead because the game thought I was still behind that wall when the boss was pulled and it spawned the kill wall.
Its been like this for years, so don't expect them to suddenly improve the servers for pvp which is a mode thats never been popular.
Ah that really sucks, hopefully they invest/ make a priority to better the server connections. Last night I got killed well after I launched and lost my LB before I got a chance to actually use it.
