It seems like there was a certain part of the community that made a dash to see how adult orientated / suggestive they could make their portrait look. To be fair to these people we don't know if it's within the rules of the game or if it's a reportable offense.
Could SE clarify their stance on this?
Maybe don't do questionable things and report people that do? Pretty simple conclusion.
This is a non-issue.
Any way you can pose your character within the confines of the system is acceptable. "Sexual Themes" is in the ESRB rating. And as the previous poster mentioned, if you feel it's over the line, report it.
Of whom would the committee for decency be comprised? And the terms? No focusing tightly on sexual areas of the body? No sticking out your rear end? Don't leave your mouth open?
That's a bit overly dramatic, IMO.
Humans will be humans and from now until the end of time, we will always rush to see how we can sexualize new inventions. This will never stop. It's part and parcel of being a human being, and having the drives we humans have. How long do you think it will be after the Tesla-bot-thing is released until someone raises and eyebrow at it and thinks, "well, if I can just modify this and change that... yes... yes, indeed."
Not long, guaranteed. Humans will be thinking about it already.

They seem to have attempted to curb the lewd portraits by requiring the expression to be in them. Obviously this was a silly idea and isn't going to work.
They probably knew when they added PGC (Player Generated Content) that it was going to get lewd, so they are likely okay with it.
People who play this game have shown time and time again that they lack any and all creativity. Of course they're all going to do the same pose in the 2B pants that shows their ass to the camera for their portraits. They're not capable of anything else.
