It really annoys me everytime in frontline, to see the animations get frozen, and abilities go off 15 seconds later than I pressed them all at once. Sometimes people are invisible, sometimes you are invisible when you dismount
Because of server ticks samurai debuff doesnt apply correctly, therefore people not dying when you press LB, while they have your chiten debuff on them.
Stun effects going through resilience etc.
Its just so frustating.
I've died sometimes when executing the Paladin limit break, since the damage was registered first before my buff was registered to nullify the damage.
I've had to learn to pop it just before hitting 25% HP in a pinch otherwise I'll die to a dragoon jumping on me or a machinist heat blasting me during the cast animation and due to how the networking functions if I try to pop it right before I die, the damage is usually going to register before my buff does, so I'll end up dying, so I need to do it before I reach what I've called the "danger zone."
Without a doubt, people can definitely mark off FFXIV's networking as quirky to say the very least.
