Housing Lotter confirmation message swaps ward and plot

I placed a bid on a plot in Ishgard. Ward 20, plot 18.
The confirmation message says "You have submitted a lottery entry for Plot 20, Ward 18..."
If I look up under duty/timer/Estate, it says "Current Entry: Plot 18, Ward 20".

So I think the message confirming the bid gets the ward and plot backwards.
