New Role quest not showing up

Shirabaht is not showing the new role quests for me (Bitter Snow). From what I can see, I have completed all the requirements: completed MSQ and completed Ever March Heavensward (which takes you to Radz-at-Han). I can see the quest icons for the other classes, but not for magical DPS. I can't tell what I am missing.

Bitter Snow starts the role quests finisher and requires all other Endwalker role quests to be finished.
You need to the Endwalker tank role quests, the Endwalker healer role quests, the Endwalker melee role quests and the Endwalker ranged DPS role quests to be finished in addition to the Endwalker magical DPS role quest for Bitter Snow to become available.

Thanks for the information. I read that in the patch notes, but I thought it was a typo that ALL of the class role quests needed to be completed. That seems odd that a player needs to complete the role quests for ALL classes, especially if a player has no intention of ever leveling up the other classes. There was no indication that would have been a requirement.

It was expected to be a requirement because it was also a requirement in Shadowbringers. Each role quest has a different story, so if you don't level the other roles you are missing out on story. But you are always missing out on story without leveling other jobs, because each job has its own story too.

It would hurt the story if they couldn't use the characters from all of the role quests. It's done for beast tribes as well.

I guess I didn't notice it in Shadowbringers as the Magical DPS Role quests I did went to level 80 and then the Endwalker ones picked up at lvl 85. That's why it seemed odd now. Guess I missed something at the end of Shadowbringers as well. Thanks.
