When trying to enter the lottery to relocate a small FC House to a medium plot in Empyreum (plot 8, ward 8 )it shows the following message: "No more land may be purchased on this world by characters attached to this service account." though i wish to relocate and not to purchase a whole new plot.

If you have alts with houses on other servers/data centers, you can’t participate in any new housing in the future. Relocation or otherwise.

i never purchased a house with any other alt then the one i bought the FC house with and i wish to relocate this FC house

Plot number and ward number the wrong way round in chat for lottery confirmation

I've placed a lottery entry on plot 19 in Ward 23 and just spotted that the chat text has got this the wrong way round and says:

"You have submitted a lottery entry for plot 23, ward 19, Empyreum. Your lottery number is 1. Results will be available from 4:00 p.m. 16/4/2022."

I've doubled checked and the plot board I clicked on was definitely number 19 and definitely in ward 23 so it looks as if the chat is describing this wrong?

I'm not sure if this is anything other a cosmetic issue, but I thought I'd better report it just in case.

Having relocation issue when trying to relocate with private cottage too.

Hi. I am trying to enter the lottery system to relocate from the goblet to the new housing district and I keep getting the error:

No more land may be purchased on this world by characters attached to this service account.

12:02pm EST 4/12/22

Full disclosure: I do have an FC house and a second private house on the same account but this has never prohibited me from relocating in the past.

Can we please have a formal response about this as I do not see where anyone would be restricted to relocation. Please link the page from SE stating this restriction. Thank you for your time and prompt attention to this matter.
