Lotto Confirmation Text Box Error

Hi there. I wanted to report that when recieveing confirmation of a buy in for the lottery, the text box confirming your ward, plot, and lotto number has an error. The ward and plot numbers are swapped. I applied for a plot earlier this morning, (obscuring the actual numbers bc I'm paranoid) plot 15, on ward 20 for a private house. However, when I got the textbox confirmation, it said I had applied instead for ward 15, plot 20. My chat log listed the correct plot that i was standing in front of, and as we all know, it is not possible to buy a private house in ward 15.
Thankfully, I had noticed the mixup because of this, but it could cause serious problems for peiple not paying attention. Please address this text box error in a hotfix, as it could cause many applicants to not properly collect thier winnings, or money for losing.

Out of curiosity, what information now displays in your Estate Timers? Are ward and plot reversed there as well?

I imagine that is what a lot of players will rely on to remember which plot they were attempting to purchase.

Is it common for people to just forget the plot of land they are wanting to purchase? I've been scouting Empyreum for weeks now and I know what spot I bought a ticket for.

I don't know about common but I know there will definitely be some who can't remember clearly and will want something to reference. Some people do have bad memories for whatever reason.

If their plan was to rely on a screenshot taken at the time they are entering, they could be confused if the plot and ward are reversed. Hopefully the switch is one of the things that SE is addressing in tonight's hotfixes and it will end up a non-issue.

Window 10, snip the confirmation window, print as PDF file and save it to your document folder. (You don’t want to one my facial expression when I typed this)
Do people really need everything hand to them on a silver plate?
When you buy a lottery in real life, you don’t get a pop message to remind you where your ticket is too

Do you fail at reading comprehension to understand what the real problem is? The confirmation window still has the ward and plot number reversed as of just now.

The numbers are displayed correctly in the chat confirmation, though, along with at the placard and on the Estate Timers. People need to ignore the confirmation window that pops up. Their "ticket" will be handily stored in the Estate Timers to be reviewed on demand within the game.
