Steps: Tried to transfer from the Upper Tailors Row to the Fronds. The menu to choose what location to transfer to never came up, and I was frozen in place and was unable to bring up the menus or move. The game disconnected after and I am unable to log in with this character at this time.

I see that you play on Ridill and would like to confirm if you are still having these troubles; we had some difficulties with some of the areas on your world, so this could be what is causing the zoning issues.
