Dev Oversight? - Why isn't "Construct VI-S" mount available for Khloe's Gold Certs?

So originally Incitatus Whistle was given for Faux Leaves and eventually added to the Gold Certificates when the newer mount was added which was Construct VI-S. This makes sense, let the older mount be available for Gold Certs as an alternative option while the "new" mount is going for Faux Leaves.

Then they added the Calydontis Horn to Faux Leaves which would've been the new mount but it was somewhere around this time that they stopped doing Unreal trials, and so it was also available for Gold Certs either at the same time or maybe shortly after I don't remember.

BUT Construct VI-S was not added as being available to the Gold Certs even after it was the older mount, and yet this new one Calydontis was added to both.........?

I thought maybe this was just because they stopped the Unreal trials and wanted to give people the alternative for the new mount for those that maybe never got any Faux Leaves before it was over. This would've made sense.

NOW however they just added the Troll Horn, which is again the "new" mount, and yet it is already available for Gold Certs.....

Why is Construct VI-S Core not being added to the Gold Certs even though it is one of the older mounts and yet the newer ones are? What is the point of that? It's clearly not for exclusivity reasons, otherwise why would you do it with the other 3? And randomly decide THAT specific one has to stay only as Faux Leaves?

Ok this has to be a joke at this point. They have added every other Faux Leaves mount to be available for Gold Certificates but for whatever reason Construct VI-S is not available.

The BRAND NEW Wondrous Lanner Whistle was just added to Gold Certificates and the other mounts before that are there, including Troll Horn and Calydontis Horn. Meanwhile Incitatus Whistle was basically always there.

That is 4 OUT OF 5 Faux Leaves mounts available for Gold Certificates.

It literally makes ZERO SENSE why Construct VI-S wouldn't also be available for Gold Certificates. I do not see any logic or reason for it at this point.

I already have it.

It matters in the sense that it makes no sense in terms of game design or just any logic at all.

You might think there's some reasoning of "Well we want to give people a reason to do Faux Hollows and not just be able to get everything by other means."

But then why specifically that one? Why wouldn't they add them to Gold Certificates progressively as new things release, which it seemed like they were doing or could've done?

Then they just decided to skip over Construct VI-S but added all the new ones, even immediately on their release.

It is very stupid logic to just say buy one, sell it, and get the other one when they could just "fix" the obvious oversight of not including this one for literally no obvious reason given the circumstances of the other ones.

It cannot be that hard for the sake of consistency.
