Revert SAM back to Pre-6.1

Okay, 6.1 is out, it's live and I've just logged in to wail on a dummy and "try it out for myself" as per Yoshi P's instructions and...

It looks like every SAM player was right. Shocker.
The rotation feels so unsatisfying to pull off now and the fact that Shinten is the only Kenki dump we have is annoying as hell and creates a situation that reminds me a lot of 4.X DRK's Dark Arts spam, or current SGE Eukrasia spam. I'm really just weaving in Shinten because the red bar wants me to and there's nothing else to spend the resource on. If the goal was to strip the feel from the class then mission accomplished, but I won't be playing SAM for the rest of 6.1 - or 6.X if this is the shape of things to come. It's not about the DPS either, I'm not using a meter and I couldn't care less whether we're at the top of the charts or the bottom, this is purely about feel and personal satisfaction while playing and both have dropped significantly for me.

I don't think I'm the only one who feels this way after playing it, and I highly doubt this'll be the only thread post-patch expressing distaste with the changes. But we were instructed to try it for ourselves and then post on the official forums. Tried it out, here's my post, give me Kaiten back.

It's almost like the devs balancing jobs don't play a lot fo the classes to a high pedigree themselves. That or they are just that ignorant with these insulting changes

Adding my name to the pot. You removed the enjoyment from the class.
If a full revert cannot be done:

1. Add the potency Kaiten would have added back to Midare and its corresponding Tsubame Gaeshi; much as what was done with Higanbana.
2. Take the potency spreads to other weaponskills (excluding Gekko, Kasha, and Yukikaze) and re-add them back to the hardest hitting abilities such as Ogi Namikiri.

DPS players do not appreciate how low the damage numbers appear when they hit, from 100k potential damage to 30k is not fun nor enjoyable as per this screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/OYJFQUE

I think it's very clear, from the precise way potencies were balanced, that SAM was all done in a spreadsheet. A Balance guy ran the numbers yesterday and concluded that without party buffs personal DPS changed by about 3 DPS. 3. Out of 9000. That's 0.03%. You will never get balancing changes fine-tuned to that degree by actually PLAYING and PARSING the job in combat.

They likely have every GCD and every optimal oGCD mapped out in a spreadsheet, just like the Balance guys, and had some intern move numbers around until they were about the same as before. And because that's all they did, because they treated our skills and our rotation like numbers on a spreadsheet, they gave no consideration to how FUN or ENGAGING it is. That's why we lose a skill like Kaiten, because it's just a number on a spreadsheet to them.

Worth noting that it's a 3 DPS loss in the context of no crit buffs, but that's beside the point yeah. Samurai could do half the dps it does currently and I'd take that over not having Kaiten
