request to adjust stats on DL cowl

This is a request to adjust the stats on the dark light cowl, not because I have one and am disappointed with it, just because it is not very good.

The int does nothing for bard and the piety does barley anything for blm so when considering either job using this piece the stats are not beneficial for both.

IMO this should have around 30-35 piety for bard and 25-30 INT for blm. These numbers may seem a lil high to some people, but the fact is between these 2 slots most people have more then that on thier crafted gear.

Id love to have this for either my bard or blm but i wont sacrifice stats for a vanity piece.

edit: just wanted the devs to know that on my bard i would have to sacrifice about 40 piety and 10 dex from my head and body slots to wear this just so you have something to compare it too.
