Bring back Seigan as an upgrade to Shinten

Instead of having a successful Third Eye generate kenki, have it upgrade the next Shinten to Seigan, which would now cost 25 kenki but do 380 potency.

Bam. Less "action bloat" (which is the goal right SE?) because of less kenki generation, less button bloat than old Seigan, but retains the "counter-attack" feel of the old Seigan.

But if all you want is a different animation, I'm for that too. Anything is better than Shinten.

They would need to implement an AOE variant all for this to be relevant in the AOE rotation. It sounds like a bit of extra work that I have a feeling they can't prioritize :(
Someone mentioned in another thread of upgrading shinten into the Hissatu Senei animation and just keeping Hissatu Guren as the actual 2m CD tho which is much more feasible tho, since that solves the real button bloat issues.
