Constant DC's

Hello!

The game has been unplayable for me due to constant disconnect issues. I've tried logging into other games to see if it's my isp / connection and those went just fine.

Platform? Windows (with steam account linked)
Have you tried using a wired connection? Wireless
Internet Service Provider: Optimum
Region/Location: New Jersey , USA
Separate Modem and Router or Hybrid? Hybrid
Are you using a Firewall/Anti-virus solution? Windows Defender
Does the issue only happen with specific characters or all characters? All characters. I've tried switching " worlds" and trying new characters there but the DC's were still pretty frequent.

Any advice / solves are very welcome.

What have you tried so far to alleviate the issue? Additionally is game launcher allowed through the fire wall? Do you get disconnected when using WIFI?
