[Request] Eukrasia as an on/off toggle

I know its not considered 'polite' to request QoL adjustments to a class that is already pretty quality and with a content base. I know!

I'd just want to request this one change though, and that is making Eukrasia into a toggle instead of a "push each time you want to augment" situation.

One mode lets you spam DoTs and Barriers, the other lets you spam damage & heals.

For example;

Current DoTing rotation: Eukrasia -> Dosis (tab target), -> Eukrasia -> Dosis (tab target), -> Eukrasia -> Dosis

New Suggested DoTing rotation: Eukrasia (assuming not already toggled on) -> Dosis (tab target) -> Dosis (tab target) -> Dosis (tab target)
