Can we get more details on FC Housing Lottery

What would happen in the case where

5 FC members bid on 5 different houses and 1 person wins?

Do the other 4 people get 100% refunded?

There was no mention of what happens in the ldestone post, and there's no withdrawals for housing, so what exactly happens?

They covered this in the live letter.

If FC people bid on 5 different FC houses and all 5 win, the FC chooses one house, and four people lose their money. Yoshi suggested it was best for people to all bid on the same FC house, but did say people can do otherwise if they want.

Losing entries are always refunded in full regardless of how many other entries are made by FC members or if any of those entries win.

As Shibi said, it's only if more than one entry for the FC wins and the FC must choose which plot to buy that gil would be lost.
