Visual Bug taped note

If you go to Southern Thanalan ( 14.9 , 30.2 ) Z: 0.3 and move the camera you will see one note floating, it doesn't affect gameplay but it's a cute little visual bug that might have been there since ARR

(I know the format is not really the standard, but for this specific bug I think everything in the report form doesn't really apply)
