If you own a house already, you shouldn’t be allow in the lottery.

That’s my opinion, because you have nothing to lose putting your entry in the lottery. If you lose out, you still have your house.

Now people are going to cry because they want an upgrade or they do not like their location… then those types of people should be in a lottery, but somehow marked as a lesser chance to win than those who do not already own any housing and required to pay a relocation fee.

As a big proponent of the Lottery, I would have to disagree with this. EVERYONE should be treated equally. That includes those who already have a house and are looking to upgrade, as well as the first time buyers and those people for whom a FCFS system would be impossible to participate in.

Sounds like greed to me.

Wrong. Honestly everyone should be allowed.. (though lottery sucks anyway but ce la vie)

thing is. if somebody that has a house enters the lottery and wins then it doesn't really do anything.. the number of houses available stays exactly the same as they're old one will become vacant.

if someone that has no house at all wins the number of houses available decreases by 1..

There's no reason at all to block people just because they own a house. them entering wouldnt impact your chances of getting a house at all..

Bad idea. I'd be more apt to listen to something that's inclusive, not excluding.

You do realize transfers open up a house in another area for lotto. They removed the instant transfer so having to compete with everyone else doesn't put them at an advantage.

And you do pay a relocation fee you have to rebuy the house and don't get that much of a discount for your current house.

All his suggestions made is merely a struggle to increase his chance of getting one even slightly, that is all.
From attacking multiple house owners to existing house owners, it is pretty evident.

Look at it your way...You can buy one raffle ticket and your chance is one in ~30,000 entries.
Look at it with him entering.... you can buy two raffle tickets and your chance in entering is now two in ~30,000 entries

The same statement could be said about those who ALREADY own a house and putting in a lottery taking up a spot.

Maybe they should assign the lottery by wards for people who does not own any houses and wards for those who want to relocate. I think it is very unfair that the people who already owns a house, wants to take up a spot in the lottery for those who doesn’t.

Only those who have completed all savage content on at least 4 different servers and 4 different characters should be allowed to enter the lottery. Just my opinion of what would be best and most fair.
