Requesting a chance to when you access poetics merchants

I'm specifically referring to Poetics gears; lvl 50/60/70/80 (and in the future obv, 90) in this post.

The time at which you can access these varies depending on the expansion. I believe ARR/HW you can access Poetics augmented equipment as soon as you're in the 'relevant expansion'. However SB/ShB require you to have finished the MSQ for that expansion before you can access the merchant for them.

I would like to suggest standardizing a different behavior, which is allowing Poetics gears to be accessible regardless of level & MSQ completion. So you can buy the lvl 80 stuff even from Mor Dhona.

My reasoning for this is based on what I'm currently seeing with my wife now playing 'catchup' after having quit during HW. She's substantially outleveled for the MSQ she's completing, but cannot access the relevant poetics gears that are appropriate level for her because she hasn't unlocked them. She's doing primarily MSQ & fishing, so its not like she's capping out on poetics every week either.
