Suggestion: Add checks on the store when buying items/emotes

Hello!

First off, I want to thank the devs for all the time that they put into the game and listening to feedback from players!

The issue I'd like to bring up is when you buy items on the online store to redeem in game only to find out you had already had said item and didn't realize it. It's really frustrating when buying items on the online store and finding out that you already own it and can't refund/trade/transfer to another character. When you check out, you already have to designate a character to send it to. I think it wouldn't be too terribly difficult to have it check and make sure that the item/emote hasn't already been redeemed on that character. It could be tied to the loadstone or something checking to see if something has already been redeemed to that character. If it detects that the character already owns said item/emote, it could display a little note below saying *This item has already been redeemed on ____*. Alternatively, for things such as emotes, it would be helpful that if it has already been redeemed on the character, to be able to trade it to a friend or at least transfer it to another one of your characters that are tied to your account. I understand it may be my fault for not realizing that the emote had already been redeemed on the character, but mistakes happen and it feels like a waste when I can't transfer it or at least give it to a friend for free.
