GM Feedback - Laghegath

I don't typically post feedback, however I find today to be an absolutely perfect time to make an exception.

Having encountered a particularly troublesome individual whilst playing today, it became apparent that shrugging it off wouldn't be enough and I filed a report. It was hardly 45 minutes before I received direct contact from a GM (Laghegath) concerning the situation.

Throughout the situation, Laghegath expressed concerned (yet still impartial) emotion over what occurred and ensured that all possible leads were covered for any possible investigation. They were courteous throughout and made the experience feel truly personal. It is individuals such as Laghegath who create a sense of trust in the community and keep us aware of how much the player-base truly is cared for.
