More Granular Controls
We should have more granular control over who has access to homes. The present settings leave much to be desired. On or off, and limited sharing. Even a handful of options would make a world of difference.
Open to:
None
Friends
Free Company
Same Account Alts
Block:
Trial Accounts
Blacklist
I enjoy providing my spaces to the community, and prefer to keep the doors unlocked. Recently there have been issues which have caused me to change that stance.
A functional example: A person that I have blacklisted is creating alts, and free trial accounts. Entering my house to stalk and harass, and fill my message book with porn links. Given that I continue seeing the alts, and they continue to stalk, reporting (multiple times) does little good. So please, give us the tools to block this behavior. Blacklist does not keep them out of the house or the message book.
The lack of these controls prevents my alts from entering any of my spaces when I have them locked, and it prevents members of my FC and friends from doing the same unless I am there to unlock it. Once unlocked however, my stalker continues to do their thing.

I'm behind this and I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues. People are butt-dots.
I cannot wrap my head around the fact that the housing in this game does not even have simple housing tools that a game like Ultima Online has had since 1997. From decorating tools to more player controlled housing permissions. It would certainly make this aspect of the game more enjoyable/user friendly.
