seriously, this can't be normal.
its 5pm and it is impossible to get into this trial , AS A TANK.
Any other trial took a few minutes at best.

Do you have the Duty Finder set for all four languages (Japanese, English, German and French) or just German? The DF's language setting determines which players seeking it will actually match you with (so if you only have German set as your language the DF will only search for other players also seeking with that language set - setting it for all four languages will greatly increase the amount of players it can find.).
Otherwise are you also playing during a quieter time of the day for your server? There are times of the day (and days of the week) where there are more players active and those times it's usually easier and quicker for DF queues. What would be very early morning in the middle of the week for your server region (Europe in your case) would be the 'quiet time' for your server and so it would be much harder to find a party sadly. Try seeking during a busier time of the day (like, early/mid evening for your region, and on a weekend, which is when the game is busiest).
You could also try forming a party via Party Finder rather than Duty Finder (and do it cross-server), and state you need help with it, and usually you'll find people will jump in and offer to help quickly enough. :D
