We need better tools for reporting BOTS

Reporting bot currently is a pain. There are two scenarios.

1. Open world bots.
They have names such as Qquqjajan Illliiliqi. How do you report them? Well you need to open System>Support Desk>Contact Us, fill in form with information such as where/when/what/who did what.
Key value in bots efficiency is that they are not visible to players for as long as possible, so after they appear, they immediately TP under the ground. There's almost no way to fill the form before they're gone. You can catch at most one, two (using /tell on them to save their names in chat).

Why can't we have reporting bots in chat, like we have for RMT activity? Even this simple thing would make it much easier.

2. Bots in dungeons
As far as I know in order to kick someone from the party, I need majority of votes. I had 2 bots in Leveling roulette tonight. How can I get rid of them?

Make it easy for us to get rid of them please! We want to help, just give us tools to do so.

There are ways to get their names without typing it out. You can click on them to send a tell and then (ctrl + c) to get their name that way. Or open the battle log if you see them attacking something and do the exact same thing.

Those things being said I 100% agree with you. There needs to be a simple "report player" option attached the the right click of anyone. It blows my mind this game has been around this long and still doesn't have that.
