background music in live letter broadcasts

I wasn't able to find a more correct location for this, but I was trying to watch the latest live letter, and while apparently there are complaints about having it in 2 languages...I love that it is in both, covering the vast majority of the audience.


I would like, however, to note that I find the background tracks loud enough to make Toshio-san's English a fair bit harder to understand than seems necessary, while contributing nothing that I can identify to the video. which is a shame, because, while accented, he has solid English.


while I would remove the track entirely, could it be quieter, or maybe have less loud parts while people are speaking?
