Suggestion: Older 24-Man Content - Minions/TT Cards in Party Loot

Hello!

I'd like to suggest adding the alliance-wide loot to the party loot in the older 24-man raids, like has been done previously in the Crystal Tower and Nier raids but for the Shadow of Mhach and Return to Ivalice sets. As they are older content, not as many people are queued up to run or farm these resulting in sometimes quite long queue times, and having only 1 minion available per 24 people (though it'll usually end up being rolled against fewer as a number of people typically pass on it) feels a bit frustrating when the Nier raids are more recent and there's one for each party of 8.
