PS5 4K resolution UI too small, unreadable

I have a new 48in tv that supports 4K resolution, however when I use it, the main menu text as well as the chat window font becomes unreadably small. In WQHD setting it is a mostly readable size, however the ideal size is when fullHD is selected. If I set the User Interface size to 300% (while in 4K mode) that is the size it becomes, however that then makes other things like player and npc names unnecessarily and awkwardly big. I wish there was some way to set that individually.

So for now, I have to use the WQHD setting for readability even though it is not ideal.

Steps:
1. Go to system configuration, display settings
2. Select 4K improved draw quality option
3. Select User interface 150%
4. Make sure "Enlarge system UI" is selected
5. Apply
6. The draw quality improves and is no longer blurry, and all the UI remains the same size, except for the main menu which becomes unreadably small, as well as the chat window and "toggle cursor" instructions that appear in the lower right corner of the screen when main menu is opened.
