[BUG] Cracked Anthocluster Missing

All my Cracked Anthocluster (about 46 pieces) disappeared from my Inventory.

I am 100% sure that I did not discord it or exchange materia X from the Materia Vendor.

I have noticed that there is a rule of one time restoration if the items are discarded/sold/transformed by mistake.

However, I did not discarded/sold/transformed it by mistake and all the Cracked Anthocluster just disappeared from Inventory by BUG.

I spent a month to collect them in daily missions:(:(:(:( Can you please help me to restore my items back? Thank you very much!

If you didn't already, you could try doing /isearch anthocluster, in case they ended up in another inventory such as a retainer or saddlebag.

If you can't get them back, what you can also do is farm some level 90 hunts of rank A or S. These drop them and you can definitely get 46 in a day.

I have already searched and /isearch anthocluster all my inventory, retainer and saddlebag. There were no Cracked Anthocluster except the one I have collected recently. I'm very sad, they all disappeared but not by mistake. It may seem 46 piece are not much but I truly spent a whole month to collect them. Is there any support that can help me to restore it?
