Fatal DX11 error every time I launch

Since the most recent game update, I can no longer play in DX11 mode. Every time I launch the game it gives me dx11 errors then crashes. I had this issue once before, during ShB, but I was able to narrow that down to a conflict with the overlays of other software. I now always disable other programs and services when playing FFXIV, but this no longer helps since this most recent issue. I have tried several "fixes" with no success, including reinstalling, clean boot, disabling onboard VGA, and deleting my profile.
